Robert Mckie has over 31 years of successes in various roles in the diagnostic blood products industry, ranging from sales to CEO of several companies. Notably, he served as a Director of Sales at Boston BioMedica, Inc. from 1992-1994. In 1994, he co-founded BioClinical Partners, Inc. and served as Chief Operating Officer until 1999 when the business was acquired by IMPATH Inc. He continued as VP of Operations for IMPATH Predictive Oncology™ division helping develop the GeneBank™ initiative and the IMPATH Clinical Trials Network™ (ICTN).
At Medical Research Networx, Bob has provided consultation services for hospitals and life science companies. He also successfully developed clinical services worldwide, providing protocol-directed and IEC-approved clinical studies that continue to deliver thousands of biospecimens to oncology and infectious disease researchers annually.
Bob holds a BS in Business and currently serves as our CFO.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Medical Director
Dr. Miller, a native of the Baltimore / Washington D.C. area started his training as a cadet at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) where he served in the 3rd highest cadet rank position during the successful integration of women into the cadet corps. There, he completed a BS in Chemistry graduating with distinction as a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies among other academic honors. He went on to medical school at Sackler, Tel Aviv University in Israel, and finished rotating his intern year at Hadassah Hospital / Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Dr. Miller completed his residency in Clinical Pathology at The George Washington University and a clinical Fellowship in Transfusion Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He previously served as a medical director at Life South Community Blood Center in Gainesville, Florida before joining our team as CEO and Medical Director at ITM. Dr. Miller has over 13 peer-reviewed journal articles and published abstracts (3 first author articles), 1 patent pending medical device, and has lectured dozens of times to medical facilities and colleagues in the blood industry. He aims to provide an improved donor experience, as well as a unique blend of medical director and laboratory support to customers. He has a particular interest in special antigen units, genotyping of units, and the advantages these units provide to patients. He is also focused on stem cell collections and therapeutic apheresis having completed over 3,000 procedures on pediatric and adult patients. A member of AABB, he serves on the Patient Blood Management Committee Subsection and Cellular Therapies Standards Committee.

Rolando began his career in blood banking with Community Blood Centers of South Florida in 2006. He worked as an Area Manager where he scheduled and maintained a geographical area to meet yearly assigned goals of over 7,200 units of blood and mobile apheresis products. In 2015, Rolando began working as the Mobile Operations Director and is currently managing a fleet of 12 bloodmobiles and 25 staff members, collecting over 36,000 units of blood each year to meet the needs of hospitals and patients.
